Anthropologie Moth Neo-Refinement sweater, size L

Anthropologie Neo-Refinement pullover in CHARCOAL GREY! (not yellow)
This sweater is awesome. Just read the reviews! It's impossible to photograph (it basically looks like a rectangle when it's not on a person or mannequin), so I'm using the yellow one from the website, but I have the CHARCOAL GREY color to sell.

You'll love it, promise!

$20 shipped. Email with inquiries. Paypal only.

Cheers!

Anthropologie Edme & Esyllte Springing Season Blouse, size 14

-->

What is it? Springing Season blouse by Edme & Esyllte

What's the label size?
 US 14

What's it made of?
100% rayon

Some details...
A pretty blouse, but too big on me. There is some pilling under the arms (it is rayon, after all) but still in great condition. Worn a handful of times under a cardigan (hence, the pilling). If you’re not familiar with this blouse, please know that the fabric is slightly sheer.  It is blousy in style, and is easily worn over a camisole or tank. I’m usually a 12-14, and this is a little flowy for my tastes!

Crown Vintage kitten heels, size 9

The inside left heel; a small knick.

Lightly worn bottoms; the heels show little wear, too.

What is it? Crown Vintage leather kitten heel shoes, British tan color

Size, please? 9 medium, 1.5" heel height

What's it made of?

Upper: leather
insole: leather
sole: manmade materials

Some details: These shoes were worn once, when I was a bride's maid in an outdoor wedding. The heels are in great shape, the soles show some wear, and there is a knick on the inside of the right shoe. Overall, a comfortable, cute pair of sandal-like kitten heels for the summer!

A lovely, neutral "British tan," these 1.5" heels will be a great addition to your summer wardrobe.

PLEASE NOTE: I have the original box and dust bag for these shoes. If you would like them shipped in the box, please let me know in an email and I can do that. Otherwise, I would put them in the dust bag and wrap the whole thing in some pretty tissue paper!

Gap faux leather wristlet

Phone, cards, keys, and you're good to go!

What is it? Gap leather wristlet

Measurements, please?: 6.5" in opening (about 7" across), 4" deep (see the photo next to my cell phone for reference!)

What's it made of?
"imitation" leather (says the tag. In the 90s we called that pleather...but what a weird word!), lined in cotton

Some details: The olive colored, metallic faux leather caught my eye, and the pyramid studs sold me on this cute wristlet from the Gap. I thought I'd use it a ton (as a going-out wallet), but who am I kidding? I never used it because I don't "go out", and if I do, I bring a purse because you never know when you're going to need a book, bandaids, hairspray, dental floss, an extra pair of shoes...

In other words, not working for me. But maybe for you! This is super cute, and needs to brought out on the town!

The wrist band is attached to the zipper; zips closed smoothly and securely.

Anthropologie brooch/hair clip with sparkles, oh my!

Looking lovely on my sweater!

It's a brooch...no, it's a hairclip...it's BOTH!

What is it? Anthropologie pin/hair clip combo!

Measurements, please?: 4 inches in diameter

What's it made of?
um...not sure. Some type of synthetic fabric!

Some details: This clip was purchased full price because I loved it that much. Then I chopped off all my hair and never wore it. Never done *that* before (said in sarcastic voice which can't be heard over the Internets).

There are three sparkly rhinestones on this beauty. Wear it in your hair or on your sweater, it's so pretty! The fabric is prone to fraying, so I may suggest putting a fray-stop on the edges (or maybe clear nail polish).

Boden sundress, size 14

giant flowers!

hello, button detailing!

What is it? Giant flower print Boden shift style sundress.

What's the label size?
14R (regular length, not petite)

Measurements, please?
bust
(taken flat across): 20"
hip: 22"
length (from top of shoulder to hem): 38.5"

What's it made of? 100% cotton, lined in 100% cotton; machine wash (yes!) warm

Some details: The colors of this dress...the print...the style...all killer. I love the sunny tangerine and magenta print, and the cute details like the textured cotton (it's almost like a soft barkcloth) and the adorable buttons at the waist (see the picture, please!). It has a flattering, gentle v-neck in the front and the back.
Boden does it right all the time- high quality clothing that lasts for a long time.

This dress worn once, washed and line dried, and looks lovely!

How much? $40 shipped.

***SOLD!!*** Thank you so much!

The lovely front...ah, those tulips!

...and the ripped seam. It's about 2.5 inches long.

Same seam, straight up and down. That's my thumb (bandaged) to the left for some perspective.
Hello! I've had some questions about the Wye Valley dress, so I'm doing what I should have done straight away (duh): post pictures!

This dress needs a tiny bit of help from the tailor's needle, as some threads have come loose and started to unravel the seam just below the left hand pocket, running along the zipper.

Here's what I have to say about this- It's an easy fix. Were my ribcage smaller (ahem!) and this dress fit, I would fix it myself. As it's a fix along the seam, not a big deal (and really, were I willing to invest, I'd make this a skirt because I love the pattern THAT MUCH, but I digress).

My sewing skills, however, are minimal, and I feel that if I'm going to sell someone this dress I should either have it fixed professionally (and up the price of the dress), or give the buyer the option of having it fixed by her tailor, or fix it herself (if you happen to be handy with a needle!) and charge less.

I'm thinking $40 for the dress. It has been worn once for a wedding and was dry cleaned after. I didn't wear it at all last year, so I have no clue when the seam started to come undone. Was it the dry cleaner? Was it my hefty use of the pocket? I will never know. What I do know is that this Maeve dress is a gem from the Anthropologie days of yore.
